What is a Merchant Cash Advance?
A Merchant Cash Advance is not considered a loan but is much like one in that a business recieves one lump sum of money form an outside provider, which they have to pay back. This is made possible by an agreement that a certain percentage of sales made via credit or debit card go to the lender. This percentage is based on everyday sales and the lender gets paid direct from the card terminal. That is the money does not enter the companies accounts and then to the lender rather directly to the lender upon the sales. This percentage is drawn from every sale until the agreed amount has been repaid.
